Each week I have a conversation with a different person about the sport or exercise they are involved in. I speak to a huge range of people who are either enthusiasts, coaches, professionals, people who compete and people who just do it for fun.
The aim of the podcast is to shine a light on all the different ways of doing sport and exercise, to understand how people got involved to start with and why they continue to do the sport or exercise. I delve into the effect it has on their life and others around them. I also want to make sport and exercise more accessible for people and remove barriers to getting starting.
